How long will I have to wait for my watch?
If the watch you wish to acquire is in our stock, it will be shipped in the 36h following payment reception.
For Watches that are not in our stock, items are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.
How do you ship the watch?
Items shipped fully insured with FedEx. The watch is carefully and methodically packed for safe transport in accordance to insurance demands as well as our experience (pictures will be provided).
Scope of delivery
We ship worldwide. Locations usually considered “risky” are handled individually by our team.
Can I pick up the watch myself?
You are welcome to visit us in Geneva, we would be thrilled to meet you in person. To get in touch with us and arrange a pick up date.

How do I pay for my watch ?
We encourage our customers to pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency (USDT exclusively). If you wish to pay for your timepiece in cash, we will be glad to receive you in our office, please note we only accept swiss Francs (CHF).
Are there other costs I should be aware of?
When we ship outside of Switzerland, you will have to pay VAT according to your country’s regulation on imports.
What about warranty ?
We provide our customers with a 12-month warranty on all our second hand watches, as well as the remaining manufacturer’s warranty if there is still one. Our 12-month guarantee runs from the moment you receive the watch and does not add up to the manufacturers guarantee. If you need more informations on the manufacturer’s warranty please contact us.
How do I know my watch is genuine?
Genevawrist guarantees that all items sold through our website are 100% authentic and genuine, opened and verified (second hand items). Where applicable we will include the original box and papers, with serial numbers matching that of the watch.

What is the condition of the watch?
We have a system of notation for the condition of the watch : 0 – Unworn, 1 – Mint, 2 – Fine, 3 – Fair, 4 – poor. Click below for more details.
We also ensure that all our watches are in perfect working condition.
How do I know if the bracelet will fit?
On new watches, you can size the bracelet for any size of wrist. On used watches, you can see the maximum wrist size. Should you wish a new strap or extra links, we would be happy to source these for you.
Why is the retail price lower than your price?
Some watches are very coveted and can hardly be found at retail stores or authorised distributors.
Can I exchange a watch, or part-exchange it?
Yes you can. Please contact us directly here to get an estimate.
What is the return policy?
In the unlikely eventuality that your watch is not as advertised, you can choose to return it within the first 14 days following delivery. In this case we will fully refund you.
If the watch is as described, we do not offer returns.
